Expert control box assembly using trained staff.
Our years of experience in control box assembly provides our customers with the peace of mind that your control box will be of the highest quality. Our UL Recognition allows us to manufacture the control box and label as UL approved.
We work with Din Rail and its associated products such as power supplies, input and output cards, terminal blocks, as well as building all the wiring that goes into the control box itself.
We carry the box from start to finish with full functional testing on each box. All of our control boxes and panels go through High Pot testing – making it live and fully powered before sending it to the field.
It’s simple, accurate, and efficient.
Using Telsonic welders we can eliminate the need for additional connectors and provide a robust connection for your wires.
Ultrasonic welding is industry standard as opposed to soldering. It’s quicker, more efficient and more durable than soldering. It is also more corrosion resistant than soldering. Using the ultrasonic machines, we’ve taken out the potential errors and increased quality.
Increased speed, precision, and versatility.
We specialize in both the Artos CR11 and Artos CS326 machines. They are designed to efficiently process wires to streamline cable and wire harness manufacturing The Artos CR11 is a single conductor processing machine whereas the Artos CS326 processes cables and multi-conductors through the machine. Both machines increase speed, efficiency, precision, and are suitable for a vast majority of industry needs–specifically in the automotive, medical, and agriculture industries.
